The Lawrence and Vivian Hahn Foundation is a non-profit organization that serves the Korean American Catholic Community to provide opportunities for educational advancement.
The Lawrence and Vivian Hahn Foundation was established in 2006 and was originally funded using $1,000,000. Since then, it has supported many non-profit organizations. In 2017, we are awarding scholarship funds to Korean American Catholic students and also seminarians.
The Lawrence and Vivian Hahn Foundation will award $2,000 to selected students within the community of 19 Korean American Catholic parishes in Southern California, and $1,000 to Korean American Catholic Seminarians in Orange County, California. Students who are eligible and meet the minimum scholarship requirements are ultimately selected by their priest to receive the award.
We are blessed (and thrilled!) to be able to help aspiring students fulfill their academic goals, encourage them on their professional career path...and strengthen their faith.
